Mr. Wolfe manages all public and private market securities acquisition and divestiture activities. In addition, he is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the financial investment community. Mr. Wolfe has over 20 years of experience managing financings and investments in both public and private markets. He has held several senior-level operating positions in large and small investment banks, and also served as a Managing Director and Head of the Global Private Placement Group at Morgan Stanley & Company in New York. Ken received his BA in Economics and and MBA from the University of Chicago.
