Overview

Kairos Partners is a healthcare investment partnership dedicated to achieving returns significantly above those generally available in the market.

We invest exclusively in microcap medical device companies that make products used to treat critical care patients in hospitals.

We are value investors, seeking to invest in companies with inherently good products and market potential that are experiencing temporary operating issues, and as such have been unreasonably devalued by the investment community.

The firm’s Principals have substantial operating experience within the medical device industry. This gives us a unique ability to distinguish high-potential, temporarily-challenged companies from those with fundamental product or market flaws.

This industry-specific knowledge provides our Limited Partners with access to exceptional investment opportunities that they might not otherwise have.

We utilize a bottom-up approach to our investment analysis, relying heavily on sector expertise, fundamental analysis and product-focused field work.

We invest only in companies with meaningful revenues. We do not invest in venture-stage companies.

Founded in 2000, Kairos has validated its investment model through two successful funds.
